Haunt rater magazine issue 13 will be a very special issue of our magazine. in issue 13 we will be pulling out all the stops and we will be featuring and "all things 13" to commemorate the number "13" since it is 2013 and "Friday the 13th" is taking place on Friday, September 13th, 2013.
