fast as he could to the home
of Br’er Fox. At the door Br’er
Rabbit wrinkled his nose at the
delicious smell of soup coming
from inside.
“Now see here, Br’er Fox!” shouted
the long-eared fellow. “I just know
it’s my carrots you’re cookin’, and I
want ‘em back. I want ‘em all back,
so you better open this door!”
