The most exciting time in life is being a teenager. It is also the time when the body experiences lots of
changes. One most important thing to learn is how to take good care of the skin. It is very rewarding when you
look and feel beautiful whenever you go. There are lots of things you can do naturally to look after your skin; you
don’t need to buy expensive products to look fresh and beautiful.
Remember that too much washing will harm your face and cause
it to be dry. Use warm water and a mild soap. Gently massage your
face, do not scrub, this can cause irritation.
This is so tempting yet it’s not good to do. Popping pimples can
push the infected stuff further down into your skin causing swelling,
redness and possible scarring.
Cosmetics like foundation, blush, and moisturizer should be oil-free.
Choose products that do not promote the formation of blemishes or cause
blocked pores. Ask a qualified sales person or a dermatologist which skin
products would be best for your skin type. Always throw old makeup away
and NEVER share makeup with someone else.
The sun can damage the skin and promote premature aging; therefore,
daily use of sunscreen is recommended. Always use sunscreens
whenever you are exposed to sunlight. Reapply after swimming,
sweating, or after more than 2 hours in the sun.
This is to help prevent the oil and dirt from your hair to get on your
face.
