Being a student is definitely a mixed-up emotions for an individual, a student’s life can make you either happy or sad. One thing’s for sure and that is every student has experienced this kind of feeling: pressure & stress. But how can a student really escape or avoid these feelings? Time management will always be the key in solving this problem but how to manage time is what really makes the student go overwhelmed with the things they do not know how to efficiently manage. From lessons to social troubles, students can occasionally turn out to be so overwhelmed that they don’t know how to resourcefully handle their demanding situations. We asked students to gather information on how to handle school pressure. These are some quick tips that you might need in your confusing school works. 1. Chill - You need to relax for you to think straight. 2. Tick-Tock - Learn how to prioritize the most significant things. 3. Call for Help - When things seem so wrong, look up and ask for guidance. 4. Take EAT Easy - Go eat it out! Satisfy your hunger to make your brain think and function better. 5. Live your Life - Find pleasure for a while. Refresh your mind from all the hassle and stress. 6. Surf’s up - Connect with your friends and be updated. 7. Sleep like it’s Your Job - Get yourself enough sleep. 8. Learn to say “NO” - Don’t pressure yourself too much. Try the word “NO” for a change. 9. Make Some Chit-Chat! - Tension and anxiety decreases when you talk it out with friends. 10. Stretch Out - Doing exercise is a big help. It increases your energy level and helps relieve tension. 29
