IFS TRACKING
Harvey Norman Commercial Division operates
an integrated Warehouse Management System
(WMS) to ensure that orders can be processed
quickly, efficiently and without error.
For our Promotions Marketing and Rewards
fulfilment department, this WMS system is also
integrated to a Freight Management tool called
IFS Smart Freight.
A program that enables you to track your
orders easily online through our website portal.
Using IFS SmartFreight, we are able to

auto-create consignments for each individual
customer order to be processed across multiple
carriers, Australia Post, Star Track Express and
Toll. Your orders are tracked from despatch
through to delivery using one centralised and
consolidated system.
