You won’t need a great deal of equipment to get started. With future
funding and experience you can add to your tool supply.
There are grants to help with such purchases and you may even find
someone willing to donate resources. If you are working from the
premises of an umbrella agency, you may already have access to desks,
computers, printer, refrigeration/fruit storage and other necessary
equipment.
