Records unit
The Harlingen Police Records Unit is to provide the distribution of crash
reports, offense/arrest reports, and complete daily open records re-
quest. As well complete local criminal and traffi c background checks to
our citizens. The division manages a variety of City Ordinances, such
as alarm permits, wrecker permits, taxi, and insurance release forms.
