2017 Shop with a Cop
The Harlingen Police Department , HCISD , Target , Apex Wind Farms , Charlie Clark Nissan , and Harlingen Board of Realtors sponsored 68 children from the Harlingen School District . The children were escorted to Target and given a $ 100.00 gift card to buy anything that they wanted . The children were then escorted over to the Bass Pro Shops bowling alley , where the children enjoyed an afternoon of bowling and pizza . This event was only made possible by the generosity from our outstanding staff members who helped make a child ’ s Christmas a little brighter .
