Idea # Three : Treat yourself into a yummy fast breakfast.
If you usually leave home to go to work without eating any breakfast, try to get into the habit of either baking or buying something you love to eat. I know some people feel that they cannot eat very early in the morning, so you could prepare something warm to drink , but it has to be something which would really get you in the right mood. Better still, why not combine the snack with the drink ? anything to make you chew and sip stimulates activity for your body.
Idea # Four : Get active .
The best way to quickly get ready to deal with a new day is to do some exercising. It could be very simple movements just to get your blood circulation moving.

Just download a short fitness video from youtube on your laptop. Do not do anything, just watch. This act in itself , watching others get active sets you in the mood to move on and get excited !
