Quality Control Issue
There was one main problem with the selected garment and that would be that the zip did not work how it should do. The zip did not do up correctly.
To resolve this problem I believe that they should replace the type of zip being used. They should replace it with a higher quality zip. Even though this would result in more money being spent in the manufacturing process it would then result further along the line in less money being lost due to refunds because the jacket does not fufill its purpose.
Another solution to this problem would be to increase the standards of quality and work within the factories. If the zips were being attatched properly then there would be less problems when it comes to the consumer using the products. I think the workers should apply their skills when making the products to ensure that all components are on and secured properly. After all components are applied onto jacket the factories must then ensure that they are all on correctly and how they are meant to be .
