Satisfied that he knew the origin of the name , he clicked on the second result , queen alice cult leader . Various links popped up : discussion threads , fan art , and creepypasta forums were prominent top results . The third category piqued Blumfield ’ s interest .
Creepypasta , he thought . I ’ ve heard of those . They ’ re Internet ghost stories , right ? They ’ re told through copying and pasting or sharing across sites . And if I remember right , they ’ re mostly about disturbing legends or dark rituals .
