● Make​ ​sure​ ​they​ ​don ' t​ ​copy​ ​or​ ​being​ ​dictated .

● Ask​ ​person​ ​to​ ​sign​ ​three​ ​times​ ​anywhere​ ​on​ ​the​ ​paper​ ​ ( official​ ​signature ).
