How​ ​to​ ​take​ ​a​ ​sample:

● ​ ​Take​ ​a​ ​A4​ ​sheet​ ​paper​ ​and​ ​ask​ ​the​ ​person​ ​to​ ​write​ ​an​ ​entire​ ​page​ ​of whatever​ ​they​ ​are​ ​thinking.

● Make​ ​sure​ ​they​ ​don ' t​ ​copy​ ​or​ ​being​ ​dictated.

● Ask​ ​person​ ​to​ ​sign​ ​three​ ​times​ ​anywhere​ ​on​ ​the​ ​paper​ ​( official​ ​signature).
