A "present" in our customer's packaging...
Working from home with 2 small children has its perks but doesn't come without the "What on earth!" moments. We still ship from our home office and my girls somedays get to be apart of this fun activity. From time to time toys would go missing, but it wasn't until a customer actually reached out inquiring about the "added bonus" in her package that I realized what was happening. One of the girls actually lost (or tossed) a toy in with the packaged candles. Since we use a mix of paper, bubble wrap and peanuts, you can only imagine how the toy was not visible at the time. However (and thankfully), I have customers who are understanding and actually get a laugh out of it!
