I’m in a season of maintenance right now, building on what I have already.

I'm responding to what my audience is interested in by trying new products and writing more posts. 2020 has been a challenging year so far for all of us, so for now I’m focusing on maintaining what I’ve already established rather than taking on a growth strategy. But within that maintenance, I also look to improve. Improve my photos, improve customer service, improve my social media presence, improve my website. When it comes to running your own business, you’re never ‘done,’ there are always improvements to be made.

I believe in grit. I believe that what you might lack in knowledge or skill can be overcome with enough tenacity and determination. You can learn anything that you don’t already know, so don’t give up. Because many opportunities to give up will present themselves. Self-doubt will creep in. But if you focus on your “why” and you do the work, one day you’ll look up, and you’ll have accomplished what you once thought was impossible!
