I have been making jewelry for about 30 years. I retired 2 1/2 years ago as a physical therapy assistant of 27 years to pursue my dream of opening my own handmade jewelry business and web page. It was a very frightening decision, but one of the best decisions I have ever made. I enjoy making jewelry more than anything else. I have never been happier. I started off just making earrings in the late 80's and it evolved from there. I now have over 6,400 Facebook followers and my business is growing every day. I am now taking my business to a new level and hope to do that with the help of The Handmade Seller magazine and other avenues. My dream is coming true, and I strive every day to make it grow. I take great pride in my creations and always put my best work into my creations to make sure they are durable, beautiful, and are the best products they can be. I love when my customers tell me how much they like my creations. Some people dream of success while others wake up and work hard at it. You will never know unless you take that first step.
