Valid Tracking Rate

To calculate the percentage of packages delivered on time, Amazon divides the number of packages shipped with a valid tracking number by the total number of packages you have shipped and confirmed. This is calculated in 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day increments.

Again, to ensure you have a great Valid Tracking Rate, purchase your shipping through Amazon! That way your tracking is automatically uploaded to the order!

Contact Response Time

The final metric on your Performance Checklist is Customer Contact Response Time. This measures the percentage of customer-initiated messages you have responded to within 24 hours (7 days per week) in the Buyer-Seller Messaging Service. This service allows customers and artisans to communicate with each other while protecting the privacy of both parties.

Remember, Amazon has an app. You can view and respond to customer’s messages wherever you are! You can even mark them as “No Response Needed” in the app! Side Note: The app even makes its own “cha-ching” sound when you get a sale! Tickles me every time!

So there you have it! Now take a look under your hood. How is your Amazon account health?
