Policy Violations
Policy violations occur anytime an artisan fails to comply with an Amazon policy. Unlike the other metrics, the policy violation metric is not a calculation. Instead, it indicates whether or not you have unread performance notifications.
To the right of your Performance Checklist on your Account Health page, you’ll see the most recent notifications. Clicking Unread will take you to a list of your unread notifications and clicking All takes you to the performance notifications page.
On Time Delivery
Your On Time Delivery score shows the percentage of packages that customers received by the estimated delivery date. This number is based on confirmed tracking information. Since Amazon uses shipment tracking to calculate On Time Delivery, they also show the percentage of packages shipped with tracking information.
It is a great idea to purchase your shipping through Amazon so that your tracking information is automatically uploaded to each order!
