There are seven different categories that Amazon looks at to determine your Account Health:

1. Order Defect Rate: An order has a defect if it incurs negative feedback, an A-to-Z Guarantee claim, or a service credit card chargeback.

2. Cancellation Rate: The rate of orders cancelled by the artisan before ship-confirmation.

3. Late Shipment Rate: Compares the number of orders shipped late to the total number of orders.

4. Policy Violations: Measures any non-compliance with an Amazon policy and indicates if you have any unread performance notifications.

5. On-Time Delivery: The rate of packages that customers received by the estimated delivery date.

6. Valid Tracking Rate: Measures the percentage of packages you ship with a valid tracking number.

7. Contact Response Time: The percentage of customer initiated messages you have responded to within 24 hours.

Pretty simple right? These are things that we all aim to do 100% of the time. Do things happen and we aren’t perfect sometimes? Of course!
