3. Select Paste/Type text.

4. Paste or type the text you want included in your word cloud.

a. The more text you provide, the more accurate your word cloud will be. You may use selections from your website, social media platforms, or any other text you feel represents your business. Blog posts are especially interesting to include in this application.

5. Click Apply.

a. You will now have a word cloud in their default colors, shape, size, and font!

6. To change the size of your word cloud, click the Size drop down button above the image.

7. To change the shape of the word cloud, click the Shape drop-down button to see the following options:

a. Shapes

b. Letters

c. Colorful

i. You may not change the theme of the word cloud if you choose this Shape option.

d. Upload

8. Select Theme to change your color palette using the drop down options.

9. Select colors to change the background of the image to a color of your choice or a transparent backing.

10. Click font to change to font to one of thirty different options.

11. When you are satisfied with your word cloud, go back to the File tab and select your preferred file to save you work.

12. You may either download it to your computer or print it directly.
