Epic Summer Middle School Program: 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM Full-day program serving youth who will enter grades 6-8 in the upcoming school year. Options: Pick Your Weeks Full Time: 5 days per week, 11-12 weeks of summer Pick Your Weeks Part Time: minimum 3 days per week and minimum of 3 weeks of summer. Must be the same schedule each week. Pick Your Days: minimum of any 25 days over the summer. Days can vary each week. Drop-In: 24 hour notice required; not available on field trip days; accepted on a space-available basis. Changes/cancellations must be made online and can only be made to your summer contract until May 20. No changes/cancellations will be allowed after the deadline. You are responsible for all days/weeks for which you have registered. Credit for days missed cannot be issued regardless of the reason, i.e. illness, vacation, change of plans, etc. Field Trips/Special Events Registering for summer care automatically registers your child for any field trip and swimming that may be planned for that day and most fees are included in the day’s tuition. All children in attendance must go on the scheduled field trip or must be picked up before the site departs, since no staff stay behind. Some special events may require a minimal additional fee. OTHER SUMMER PROGRAMS: If a site will be on a field trip during the time your child is due to leave for or arrive back from another summer program/activity (summer school, enrichment, camps, etc.), you will need to arrange for alternate care on that day since no staff stay behind on field trip days. For safety reasons, youth cannot be dropped off or picked up at a field trip location.
