LANGOS INGREDIENTS - 400g flour - 300ml milk - 25g brewer's yeast - 1 teaspoon of salt - Peanut oil q.b. PROCESS Put the salt in a cup of milk and melt the ingredients. Then in a bowl with warm water put brewer’s yeast and mix together. Put flour in to bowl add salt milk, that also the brewer’s yeast mix well. Start kneading it with your hands until you get a smooth dough. Let it rise for about an hours. Spread it out in a pastry about an inch from which to get some discs. Let it rise for about forty minutes. Lagos the fry in to much peanut oil. Andrea Benzi, Riccione
