the sprited side
Abandoned Building Brewery, Easthampton
Hampshire County’ s breweries and wineries are multiplying faster than we can tap a keg.
In fact, Western Massachusetts is home to over one third of the state ' s breweries, with dozens of craft brewers creating everything from IPAs to stouts and sours. We’ re suckers for handcrafted beer brewed right on site, small-batch wines that come with a stellar view of our valley, and pubs and restaurants serving our favorites with a side of fries or oysters.

Bucket List

1 Enjoy a pint on the deck at Northampton Brewery, the first woman-owned brewery in Massachusetts
2 Savor a beer in a farmhouse garden, framed by rolling hills, at Fort Hill Brewery

4 Sip wine at a summer concert at Glendale Ridge Vineyard or catch live music on weekends at New City Brewery’ s taproom
