The cannabis industry in Western Massachusetts is booming , and we are here for it . Northampton has the distinction of being home to New England Treatment Access ( NETA ), the first dispensary east of the Mississippi River . But that was just the beginning : now each of our major cities and towns hosts dispensaries of their own that are unique and attractive destinations , and they ’ re setting themselves apart in so many ways . Even their names tell a story : You can Trulieve ( that ’ s truly believe ) us when we tell you that they are living up to their Pleasantrees and promises . We won ’ t claim anything beyond that and hope that you will come see for yourself .
