- Cry if you need to cry . Be angry if you need to be angry

- Handling your emotions may be the only thing you can handle right now . It is important to care for yourself and your needs
› Help Another Person in Need
These dates may be the hardest that you face , and you may experience hurt and pain . However , you will continue to heal and love . The best gift you can give to yourself is to continue living
