The father takes them to the forest but Hansel, who had overheard a conversation, is cautious and throws breadcrumbs along the way so they can return. But the birds have eaten the breadcrumbs. They’re lost in the forest and soon, to their surprise, they discover a cottage made with a gingerbread roof, chocolate walls and candy windows...
