There are a number of factors that will help get your property SOLD. Here are 3 of the most important:
•Get A CURRENT Survey - As I write this, I am working on helping an owner sell a gulf front lot on the west end of Panama City Beach. He provided our office with a survey but come to find out, it was dated. An interested buyer wrote an offer but was concerned about a deck/porch on the property next door that looked old and sagging a bit. We ordered an updated survey to find out that there was indeed a 2-4 inch encroachment. Plenty of buyers would have closed the deal accepting such a small encroachment but this one, perfectly within their rights not to, would not accept it.
