It would have to be Jimmy Reed’s “Baby
What You Want Me to Do,” because that
really got me into playing the guitar. Jimi
Hendrix’s the entire Are You Experienced
record, because that’s what got me to turn
up. And then something in the realm of
either Muddy Waters or maybe Ry Cooder’s
“Tattler,” which got me to think in terms of
being more melodic and more creative with
the slide guitar.
