The Leaders of GKKA of on Now that is a 47yearscan Kyokushin presence1966Guam! Shihan Josephfeature that our students be proud of. Since when Tedtaotao returned from his training with Legendary Karate Master Sosai Oyama, Guam has become the receptor of Kyokushin training which has seen several dojos and uncountable students who have all had a taste of the Kyokushin flare! Guam has even seen the rise of local black belts who have all contributed one way or another to the reputation as the World’s Strongest Karate. The standards of GKKA has always been reflective of the same standards as the International Karate Organization (IKO) in Tokyo. As the years of growing into a world re-known organization, much can be said about the development of the techniques and methods of the Kyokushin Fighter. Although it seems faster and laden with precision techniques, the art is still the same--It is a fighting art! The Kyokushin Cornerstone would like to acknowledge our three previous Branch Chiefs and to thank them Sensei Anthony Rodriguez for all their hard work, sweat, blood, and tears to make this organization Branch Chief October 2013 - Present what it is today; an outstanding living example of the mottoes of Mas Oyama!
