Australia is right at the top of my bucket list . It has been on my radar for some time , and I actually am looking to visit in May . There are some very interesting trends flowing from the Australian shores at the moment , these trends are moving across continents and their impact on the foodie world has been phenomenal . I want to go see what the buzz is , what they eat , how they eat , and where all this inspiration is coming from . Then a big family vacation either in Mombasa Kenya or somewhere in Africa , if not then an island in Thailand or Disneyland in LA .
