6.4 - If you choose to make a late move in order to make a pass, regardless of which class car, you should be certain that it can be done without incident. Each avoidable incident under these conditions may be reviewed by the Stewards during the race and by the Admins after the race, and if deemed an avoidable contact incident, may result in in-race penalties and/or a loss of championship points.

6.5 – Contact that results in significant damage to another vehicle resulting in a loss of position for the other driver may be reviewed by the Stewards during the race and by the Admins after the race, and if deemed an avoidable contact incident, may result in in-race penalties and/or a loss of championship points.

6.6 - If your car becomes damaged, do not leave the session. Out of respect to the league and the other drivers we ask that you obtain repairs to continue the race as best as you can if you can do so safely. The Stewards may ask cars dangerously off-pace to retire from the race. If your car has received un-repairable damage, let the Stewards know and you will be released to leave at that time if you so choose. If you leave the race and you could have repaired your car, you may be penalized 10 points for leaving the race. Drivers are encouraged to return for the post-race drivers meeting where important announcements are made.

6.7 - A driver coming out of the pits has the right to race oncoming cars to the next corner but must maintain their line from the exit of the pits through the corner and cannot swerve in front of oncoming cars. Cars approaching the end of pit lane when another car is exiting must leave room for the exiting car to safely rejoin the racing surface. Drivers in both situations should be mindful of the inter-class racing rules and avoid interrupting an in-class battle when reasonably possible.

6.8 - A driver may not start a race for the opening lap or laps just to receive points for a last place position. If in the judgment of the Admins the driver did not have an intention to compete in the full race, championship points may be denied for that race.
