These special programs are progressive and age-specific,
which means you’ll get training that meets you where you
are right now. To get even more out of these programs, we
encourage girls to attend the programs at all GSWPA camps
for the benefit of learning in diverse environments.
Multiple sessions are not required to progress through the
program, but the more practice, the better! As a CIT, you’ll
receive feedback and guidance from camp staff to help you
continue to build your leadership skills. Girls are encouraged
to continue building your leadership skills throughout the
school year by volunteering during weekends at camp or
with younger people in their community before applying.
