Dumbledore’s Army Horcrux Hunt
Dumbledore has a mission for you—find and destroy all the
horcruxes! You’ll start your adventure by being sorted into one
of four Hawthorne Ridge houses. Prepare for the puzzles and
the battles ahead by learning Defense Against the Dark Arts.
Keep your skills sharp with scavenger hunts and duels. The
mission won’t take all your time though—Quidditch, potions
wand making, astronomy—Dumbledore’s Army will do it all!
Participants receive a house crest patch to take home!

O.W.L.s Ordinary Wizarding Levels
Do you think you are ready for your O.W.L. examinations?
The Ministry of Magic will admit only the best young witches
and wizards to the Hawthorne Ridge Camp of Witchcraft
and Wizardry this session. Get sorted into your Hawthorne
Ridge house, join our Dueling Club, and get busy studying
and training in Potions, Divination, Charms, Care of Magical
Creatures, and Defense Against the Dark Arts. All students will
be required to sit for their O.W.L.s (Ordinary Wizarding Levels)
at the end of the week—NO EXCEPTIONS. Participants receive
a house crest patch to take home!

Hogwarts Summer School
Attention all magically-minded Girl Scouts! Hawthorne
Ridge Camp of Witchcraft and Wizardry is in session! Join
your pals for a non-stop week of magical mischief. From
Quidditch and Potions to Care of Magical Creatures and
Astronomy—this is the perfect session for Harry Potter
super fans to get sorted and compete for the House Cup!

Looking for a new adventure this summer? Come explore
with us at Camp Hawthorne Ridge! Brush up on your
outdoor skills like fire building, outdoor cooking, and setting
up a campsite under the stars. During the day, practice
your navigation skills—learn to use a compass, how to
read a map, and what to do if you get lost. With your new
knowledge in tow, hike onto the camp trails to test your
skills in exciting wayfinding activities and races. Work your
way back to main camp for a cool dip in the pool.

Sail Away
Calling all drama enthusiasts! Put your creativity to work.
Singing, dancing, storytelling, acting—we’ll do it all! You’ll
practice performing and improv techniques that are sure to
make you shine on any stage. Conquer that stage fright with
your sister Girl Scouts and put on a performance for all to see.
Need a break from the limelight? Take a swim, shoot some
archery, and hike the gorge to round out this camp adventure. Don’t be a dinghy! Hang with the cool catamarans and
learn to sail this summer! Learn your port from starboard
and get some sailing safety skills before you sail away on
Edinboro Lake. Spend some time hanging on the beach
with your first mates after you’ve got the basics down.
There’s plenty of fun to be had back at camp—archery,
swimming, and even sleeping under the stars. After this
session, you’ll be ready for your own captain’s hat! All
participants will receive a fun patch!
