Kang Grade 11
I decided to take psychology class because I really love acting. That might sound strange, but acting is all about trying to understand the character’ s mindset, what he or she is thinking. Because psychology is a study of people’ s minds, I thought it would really help me understand different characters. Before the class I thought psychology was only about
studying human minds. But I realized that the course has a lot to do about scientific studies and experiments as well. I didn’ t expect that I would have to learn about data analysis or how to evaluate research methods. But those things were still interesting for me. If you want to take Psychology, I would highly recommend it to you! Mrs. Park is a very understanding teacher.
She’ s generous and kind. She leads the class really well, and she is always willing to help you succeed. The class requires a lot of critical thinking, so there are a lot of in-class debates. If you are into discussion-based classes or listening to other people’ s perspectives, I would recommend you to take this class.
