1. Hui Jun Lee plays tag with a friend from SMOC, the orphanage they visited. 2. Alice Park highfives one of the kindergärtners during music class. Alice and Tatiana led an activity where the students made handmade bottle shakers. 3. William Lee separates rocks from sand to prepare for making concrete. Using the concrete, they fixed the floor of the fourth floor in the school. 4. Tobey Lee helps YIA Elementary students with an Easter activity. The China VASE team led fun interactive activities in different subject classes. 5. Billy Noh and Sungun Woo sift through rock to separate fine gravel from solid gravel. The gravel is used to make a mixture for cement. 6. To learn the Myanmar Language, Kachin, Jin Yoon asks a lot of questions to the students. He wrote notes in order to memorize the Kachin language in the future. 7. Myeongjae Kim runs away from an opposing team player during‘ Capture the Flag’. Myeongjae Kim and Lucas Lee led the game during the middle school game night. 8. Sarah Jin spends her free time before lunch playing with SMOC students. Sarah’ s main goal for going to Myanmar was to evangelize. 9. Andrew Kim translates English and words and phrases to Korean. SMOC students were very interested in learning Korean. 10. Kylie Hur teaches a few kids from SMOC about subject-verb agreement. Each morning, the Myanmar team started with English lessons they prepared ahead of time. 11. Colin Kim and Hyunho Kim carry a bag filled with rocks into the multi-purpose room. Mr. Harding helped shovel rocks into the bag. 12. Frederick Seo, a returning member of the Myanmar VASE team helps a student solve her English worksheet. He taught the oldest students from SMOC.
