4. He blocked his oppo-
nent’s shot. His amazing block
saved his team from conceding a
goal. 2. Randy Park curves a corner
kick to his teammates after his opponent
goalkeeper blocked a shot. The spectators
clapped at Randy Park’s excellent corner kick.
3. Before soccer practice starts, Mrs. Rader. Mrs. Chu,
and Mrs. Yoon assembles the team for a team talk to strat-
egize for their next game. Thomas Hughes, Kenjin Dong, Ethan
An, Nathan Ryu, Randy Park, Amore Watanabe, Nirupam Ma-
heshwari line up in front of their coaches to listen to the game plan.
4. Siwen Lei, a goalkeeper, approaches the ball for a goal kick. Siwen’s
pass ended up with his teammate scoring a goal against SIS Tigers.
5. Filled with glee, Thomas Hughes excitedly runs to an empty spot,
getting open for his teammate to pass to him. Thomas Hughes took
part in the drill to better his positioning skills. 6. Brian Jeen and
Amore Watanabe sit joyfully watching the game against TCIS. GSIS
scored a goal and brightened up the team’s mood. 7. Minhong Kim
dribbles the soccer ball in a friendly team game. Rui Shigemoto tries
to steal the ball from Minhong Kim as he is close to scoring a goal.
8. Due to the hot temperature, Ayano Kimura hydrates herself with
a sports drink. Her team got additional snacks from the PTA before
playing the next game. 9. Konstantin Shulga and Nazarii Karpinskyi
walk toward the soccer field. They were ready to defend their goal
against TCIS as Konstantin and Nazarii were goalkeepers.
