This was the last activity on the first day of elementary SEW and took place after lunch. 2. Marching on to the soccer field, Chloe Suh, Irene Han, Jacob Jung, Mingyo Jang, and Li Feng get 7 ready to play bowling, ring-toss, and soccer with a big ball. As part of the Squirrel Team, Mingyo Jang carried a big flag to represent team pride. 3. During homeroom snack and discussion time, Ain Watanabe and Riker Pownall read a student made storybook as they sit on the couch. They just came back from worship with Ms. Schneider who was their guest speaker. 4. Carefully, Ms. Perry puts face paint on grade-one student Kain Choi for Spiritual Emphasis week. This was during club Powwow time, a time built for community building amongst the students. 5. Dancing along with the rest of elementary to ‘I Sing the Mighty Power of God’, Meisa Ogi rolls her arms as she follows the dance movements on the video. Afterwards, they lined up with their teams and ate delivery chicken outside in the amphitheater with their friends. 6. Enjoying their ice cream, Ihor Vasyltsov and Ruimin Wu play with a green balloon in their homeroom. Coming back from worship time, they got some time to relax and read books of their choice. 7. Jumping inside the bouncy house, Min- hong Kim has fun with his friends. This was during free time and before Sponge Wars.
