1. Sofia Hwang, Minju Hong,
Mr. Ross helps Martin Kim and

Mindcraft. Students explored
assigned ancient civilizations in
Minecraft to find artifacts and
historical figures.
Francis Park and Arnav Deshpade
search for ancient artifacts in
Mindcraft. Students searched for
artifacts to gain a better understanding of ancient civilizations.
2. Joshua Laroche focuses on solving practice questions. Students
solved practice questions to apply
concepts learned in the classroom
3. Mrs. Anderson helps Andrew Ji
to solve a math question. Students
learned how to find the volume
and the surface area of 3D shapes.
4. Guno Kim solves math
problems during his bell ringer
time. Daily bell-ringers helped
students to be ready for their
lessons. 5. Ivy Kim solves solve a
math problem using long division.
After the lesson, students solve
questions on the board to check
their understanding. 6. Mr. Ross
explains math symbols to Kevin
Bae. Students were encouraged
to ask questions when needed to
gain a better understanding.
7. Kai Thomas writes his daily
journal for the day. Daily journals
helped students to reflect, recall,
and reinforce learning.

Mrs. Anderson and Mr. Ross
created a fun activity where students would act out the different
governmental systems by assigning each other roles. Some of the
systems they learned were
communism, anarchism,
monarchism, and
totalitarianism.
Reading and story time on the couch
was one of just the many activities this
group of students were involved in.

and learning how to
cooperate with one
another.
