PHASE A: IDENTIFICATION
OF SIX PRIORITY INITIATIVES
In Survey 1, approximately 62% of respondents work with beef cattle,
60% work with dairy cattle, 51% work with sheep and goats,
34% work with swine, 32% work with poultry,
17% work with veal, 5% work with fish and
4% work with bees.

2, approximately 58% of respondents work with beef cattle, 53%
work with dairy cattle, 51% work with sheep and goats, 26%
work with swine, 17% work with poultry, 16% work with veal, 4%
work with fish and 3% work with bees.
The percentage of respondents for each species worked with for
both surveys can be seen in Figure 3.
