Exceptional client service is more than
just skills and experience – it takes
understanding too. It’s a quality that
award-winning livestock and property
agent Ben Redfern (of Ray White Rural
Emms Mooney) proved to have in spades,
as he helped a rural family through
a difficult time of mourning.
‘Tullatoola’ in the New South Wales Central
Tablelands has been family owned since
1972, but following the death of their father,
Marie and Sebastian Schmidt contacted
Ben to organise an appraisal for probate.

Ben was also able to draw upon the support
of the Ray White rural network to ensure
a successful sale – with a crowd of potential
buyers being sourced from a number of
other Ray White agencies, as well as
a member of our corporate team engaged
to call the auction.
The property was sold under the hammer
and the clearing sale, after attracting
significant interest, was a success.
The sale of a deceased estate can often
be an upsetting experience for loved ones,
but Ben’s dedication, thoughtfulness and
consistent contact have not only achieved
an excellent outcome, but made a very hard
