our Board of Directors.
The Board is comprised of third and fourth generation White Family members,
each responsible for the growth and strategic direction of the Group. They each
also head up major portfolios within the Group, and are actively involved in their

Sam joined the Ray White Group in 1992
as a salesperson in Queensland before
starting a home loan business now called
Loan Market. Sam has worked in different
parts of the organisation in different states
and is involved in developing start-up
businesses.
After consulting to a variety of other
industries, Ben joined Ray White in 2006
to lead the development of Ray White’s
property management franchise model.
Since then, the business has driven
significant and innovative change and
sets a new industry benchmark for the
practice of property management.
Ben is a director of Ray White and Living
Here. His deep passion for property
management is underlined by a clear
belief in the potential for wealth and career
growth within real estate agencies. He is
also the author of two books on property
management.
