FITNESS CLASSES
Cycle Core- Cycle with a mix of core exercises on and off the bike. Cycle- All-terrain ride for enthusiasts of all levels; 60 minute class. Cycle Fusion- 75 minute class( 60 minutes of cycling and 15 minutes of abs +)
- WERQ ® is the fiercely fun 60 minute dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music taught by Certified Fitness Professionals. BodyCombat- 60 min high energy martial arts inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch, kick, and strike your way to Fitness with this fun class mixed with high energy music. BOOTCAMP- Inside / outside class with strength / cardio intervals and drills with some running( high intensity class).
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body— endurance training where muscle and music collide! This 60-minute class is suitable for all levels. BodyPump Express is 45 minutes. CIZE- Everyone can move to the beat. Class includes fun, calorie sculpting routines with fresh dance moves and music making it an effective workout for all fitness levels.
A challenging 30 min workout that features a mix of isolated exercises( like crunches or leg extensions) that target specific muscles and integrated moves that use one or two ore more muscle groups together. Fit and Fabulous- Low-impact class with MC followed by a 15-minute stretch. Intermediate Step- Step class with complex choreography and optional power moves; abs and back included. Muscle Conditioning- A complete muscle-strengthening workout that uses bands, bars and weights. This class involves a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed. Zumba- 60-minute class featuring hot Latin music and dance rhythms. Zumba Step combines the toning and strengthening of step aerobics with the fitness-party that only Zumba brings to the floor.
MIND / BODY CLASSES
Ashtanga Yoga- This 75-minute class links breath with movement in a modified pratice of the primary series. Barre Fitness- Barre fitness works every part of one’ s physique and is done in a fun, encouraging atmosphere. This 60 min moderate / high intensity barre class will get your heart pumping and muscles toned to the beats of today’ s pop music. Barre Pilates- This is a fun, energetic, 45 min workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Barre pilates is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre. Flow Yoga- This class links breath and movement in an active yoga practice. Gentle Flow Yoga- A nice mix of gentle and flow yoga. Gentle Yoga- Perfect for beginners or those who want yoga at a slower pace. Mindful Yoga- A mixed-level yoga class for beginners and experienced students, this class empowers participants and brings awareness to everything done in class on the mat as well as in life. Proper breath, alignment, and mindfulness are taught throughout the class, fostering a sense of wellness and confidence. Foundational Yoga- This class combines poses, breathing exercises, deep relaxation and meditation. Participants build a proper foundation for practice, avoid injury, and cultivate mindfulness. Class includes standing sequences, mindful flow, back bends, forward bends, inversions and twists. All classes end with Yoga Nidra. Pilates- Strengthen the core, lengthen the spine, build muscle tone, and increase body awareness and flexibility. Yoga Fit- a practice that incorporates ancient yoga poses with bodyweight fitness training in a vigorous flow. All fitness levels are welcome. Yoga-Pilates Infusion- This 60-minute powerful mix of yoga and mat Pilates training improves core strength, flexibility and posture.
Note: Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat to yoga classes.
