The diversity of grounds in Kent is illustrated by no less than three articles featuring very different venues in the Garden of England, all of which have now gone or seen better days. As we move into the summer months there is also a continental flavour to whet the appetite for foreign trips. One of the overseas stadiums featured is Heysel Stadium, 30 years after the terrible disaster that claimed 39 lives. It should also be remembered that Heysel followed only a matter of days after the Bradford Fire, which saw 56 innocent victims perish in the flames at Valley Parade. The lessons learnt from these events must never be forgotten. Groundtastic - The Football Grounds Magazine
