A range of mowers the new SF551 with large 1300L collector , is powered by a 49hp 2,434cc Stage V 4 cylinder turbo diesel . This engine provides supreme horsepower and torque whilst offering improved economy and refinement . There is now a choice of 60 ” or 71 ” rotary mower decks with single point or electric height of cut adjustment and supplied with a mulching insert . Alternatively , a 1.6m Muthing collecting flail can be fitted , which can flail / scarify and collect or flail / scarify and drop , simply by reversing a steel cover and changing blades .
Sitting below the SF551 , the new SF237 is powered by a 35 hp 1,826cc Stage V 3 cylinder turbo diesel . The engine is more economical and refined whilst producing high horse power and torque . The SF237 utilises a new electronic dashboard and switch gear . Available decks include a 54 ” rotary , a 60 ” rotary with single point or electric height of cut adjustment and supplied with a mulching insert . The Muthing 1.4m collecting flail can also be fitted with the added option of scarifying blades so debris can be collected by the SF237 ’ s high-tipping 950 litre collector .
However , not all tasks require a 35hp plus collecting mower , so ISEKI also offer the SF224 collector mower . This is powered by ISEKI ’ s economical
22.5hp diesel engine which is Stage V compliant but does not require the emission control equipment that must be fitted to engines that are over 25hp . The deck is a 54 ” rotary supplied with a mulching insert and grass , leaves etc are collected by the 950ltr high tipping collector .
The SF224 is also available as a noncollecting mower with a 60 ” out-front deck and a durable tool carrier box instead of the collector .
