or professionals
F responsible for maintaining sports surfaces, parks, estates, schools, commercial landscapes and other managed green spaces, GroundsFest 2026 provides an opportunity to discover new equipment, explore the latest technology and pick up practical knowledge to take back to the workplace.
Taking place at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, on 16 – 17 September, GroundsFest brings together more than 500 brands across indoor exhibition halls and extensive outdoor demonstration areas. The combination means visitors can do more than browse products. They can see machinery working, compare different solutions and talk directly to manufacturers and technical experts about their specific requirements.
From mowers, tractors and compact machinery to battery-powered equipment, robotics, irrigation, tools, turf products and specialist services, there will be plenty to explore. For grounds professionals tasked with achieving high standards while managing budgets, staffing pressures and increasingly demanding maintenance schedules, the event offers a valuable opportunity to investigate technologies that could improve efficiency and reduce the time and resources required for routine tasks.
A major highlight is Machinery Nation LIVE, where leading manufacturers will demonstrate their latest machinery in action. Seeing equipment operate in real conditions gives visitors the chance to assess performance, manoeuvrability and practical suitability before making purchasing decisions.
Education is another key part of the GroundsFest experience. Across four theatres, visitors can attend a programme of free seminars covering some of the industry’ s most relevant and pressing issues. Sessions are designed to provide practical, accessible information, with expert speakers sharing knowledge that can be applied directly to day-today operations. CPD opportunities are also available, making the event a useful addition to professional development plans.
The Landscape Zone, delivered in partnership with the British Association of Landscape Industries( BALI), will provide further opportunities to explore subjects relevant to the wider management of outdoor spaces, including biodiversity, sustainability and planting.
GroundsFest is also about bringing the industry together. The event provides a relaxed environment to meet manufacturers, catch up with suppliers, compare experiences with fellow professionals and discover new contacts and ideas. The popular lawn mower racing adds a competitive edge, while visitors can stay on after the exhibition for the GroundsFest Festival, featuring live music, food and drink, free bumper cars and interactive entertainment. A Queen tribute band will headline this year’ s festival.
Entry and parking are free, with complimentary coach transfers running from Leamington Spa railway station to Stoneleigh Park on both days.
For grounds professionals looking for practical solutions, new ideas and the opportunity to experience the latest equipment first-hand, GroundsFest 2026 is well worth putting in the diary.
