of longer, denser vegetation that standard trimmers or mowers may struggle with. Designed similarly to a power scythe or scythe mower, it combines cordless convenience, powerful performance and an impressive cutting width of 500m, making the machine an ideal option for wide area grass cutting.
Designed with a self-standing, threewheel build and a large rear tyre, the ground trimmer ensures stability and smooth movement across uneven ground, as well as easier turns. To further assist, the trimmer also features tool-less cutting height adjustment from the minimum 25mm up to the maximum 105mm with a handy, one-touch locking lever, as well as a handle height adjustment. Additionally, it also has a foldable handle for compact storage and can be stored upright.
Furthermore, the UG001G features a soft start function and constant speed control from start to finish. Its innovative single sided, T-shaped blade is positioned at a 90-degree angle to the shaft, allowing users to trim effectively, simply by pushing the machine along with minimal effort, and without having to swing the blade from side to side, reducing stone scatter. Delivering an impressive 3000-4000 cutting strokes per minute, the machine provides both the power and performance needed for fast and effective grounds trimming.
To provide ground maintenance teams and landscaping professionals with greater safety and freedom, the UG001G is cordless, removing the risk of trip hazards. Finally, powered by a 40V XGT ® Li-Ion battery, it offers a continuous runtime on full charge of 2 hours 40 minutes on low mode and 1 hour 30 minutes on high mode, with the ability to cut approximately 900m2 on a fully charged BL4040F battery. As a result, the ground trimmer is ideal for large areas of grass, roadsides, river banks, sport fields and field ridges.
