Turf Sod Cutters
Groundsman Two and Four-wheel Drive Turf Sod Cutters with large diameter ground-drive wheels deliver effortless cutting and excellent traction in all conditions. The counter-balanced flywheel crank and central connecting rod blade-drive minimise vibration levels and maximise performance and durability. The rear axle blade position in the four wheel drive machines enable them to cut wafer thin very accurately even on rolling terrane as well accommodating Trench, De-compaction and Mole-drain Blades to cut down to 15cm deep. Sod Blades 30cm to 60cm wide cut 1cm to 7.5cm thick sod in single or multi strips and Serrated Blades cut fibre reinforced grass, scrub or heather. A Guillotine attachment can be fitted on the TMC48 model to measure and chop the sod into lengths for turf nurseries and sod farms.
Turf Aerators
Two Tractor Mounting and Three Pedestrian models of Groundsman Aerators are available from 45cm to 180cm working widths. All use Groundsman’ s proven rugged Elliptical Plunge Action sealed bearing mechanism which move the tines proportionally horizontally as well vertical plunge for aeration down to 15cm deep with minimal surface disruption. Quickchange Tine Holders are available to switch between Solid, Hollow and Chisel Tines fitted in Twin, Triple, Quad or Quint Holders plus Cluster Tine Heads for dense pattern aeration, thatch removal and over-seeding.
Core Collectors
The Flexblade Collector attachment is available from 0.8mtr to 2.3mtr widths to fit many makes of aerators as well as Groundsman to Core and Collect in one pass. Three Point Linkage Collectors Follow-up Collection of Cores or Linear Aeration Soil. This incredibly efficient low maintenance implement follows the contours of Greens scooping the aeration soil cleanly from the surface powder dry or soaking wet.
