consists of 4 residential apartment buildings , private podium landscapes and townhouse gardens . One of the finishing flourishes of this impressive landscaping scheme is a soft play area for resident families in one of the courtyard gardens . Supplied and installed by EverRoof ®, part of EverGreens ® UK Group , the team worked closely with podium and landscape specialists Elite Landscapes on site in 2021 , completing in January 2022 .
The private landscaped courtyards are at the very heart of the residential complex . The landscape , designed by Randle Siddeley for developer St George and client Berkeley Group is part of the £ 1.5 million hard and soft landscaping scheme .
