CSD & T- CUSTOMER SERVICE DELIVERY AND TRAINING REPORT
The following courses were conducted; ABC, ARF, ATR. The first session for Regent Travel on Reissuance was also held last Saturday. Nit and Rachel met with TESDA for further consultation on the plan to register our courses in Tesda. A lot of preparation is needed to complete Tesda ' s requirements and we will keep you posted on the development.
Next week, we will have AFT and ABC for Professors, plus the last session for Regent Travel on Reissuance Function
TECHNICAL REPORT
For this week, technical team were very busy for the general cleaning of technical department area, performed arrangement of technical equipment’ s, disposing of unnecessary paraphernalia and performed relocation of tables and cabinets for us to have a spacious and suitable working stations.
As of this week, Technical team was able to close 73 cases logged via CRM System. One of the major problem encountered by SIRR team were Network / dsl related concerns. We had a total of 37 cases reported related to DSL / Network wherein 20 cases was related to line problems( internet downtime / intermittent connection) and this concern was properly coordinated to our TELCO( PLDT, BAYANTEL, & ETPI) for proper isolation and checking while the remaining 17 cases reported was related to LAN problem( pc has no internet access) and this concern was rapidly repaired by our Field Engineer onsite
On the other hand, SO team delivered 2 sets of Lenovo desktop pc’ s, 1 Acer lalptop and 1 unit Epson LX300 printer for Artisean Travel. They configured internet connection and activated ASP access and back-up and restored document files for the said travel agency. Additional to that, they also installed one node lan cable( 10mtrs) for one set of pc.
