Our clients often ask us if it’s better to sell a home in the Fall, or wait until
Spring. The truth of the matter is that the best time to sell is when you need
to sell. Homes are bought and sold all year long. Yes, must homes are sold
between May and September. But selling in the Fall offers the advantage
of supply and demand: many times there is less home inventory October
through December, which might translate into higher selling prices for you.
The Annapolis/Anne Arundel County real estate market is very transient.
People are moving in and out all year long, and waiting several months to
sell your home may not be the best strategy. If you are not sure about listing
your home this Fall, call 410.280.1646 and one of our outstanding agents will
be here to answer your questions.
All of us at J. Melvin Premier Properties would like to thank our clients for
their continued support. Thanks to you, we are one of the top 20 real estate
brokerages in Annapolis. We are steadily growing, and that means we can
offer you more resources and programs, and also that we get to give back
more to our community too! We will continue to only hire quality agents and
associates and to align ourselves with the best service providers in the industry,
i.e. lenders, title companies and home inspectors. We will also continue to place
the highest value on improving our services and taking care of our customer
so that they always have a stress-free real estate experience. Our goal has
always been and will always be, not to be the biggest brokerage, just the best.
