why, that the living can get squeezed
into moments - moments walking the
boardwalk or beach at 9 p.m., hand
in hand with your spouse, thinking,
“Honey, why don’t we do this more
often?”
I live at the beach. I work at the
beach. I love the beach. I love my
job. I get to help clients achieve their
dream of beach property ownership
and relocate here full time (low taxes
anyone?). And when appropriate,
I even get to help clients move on
to a different phase of their life by
facilitating the transfer of their beach
property to a new owner who will add
their own memories. What’s not to
love? A rainy day at the beach beats
a sunny day in traffic on the Beltway
anytime, right? I know, I’ve been
there! I have the sunburned head to
prove it. Tip from Andy – don’t drive
a convertible in DC traffic.
